Join USAGSO for troop leader and OCMT training! Get updates, tips, tricks and network with your fellow volunteers from across Europe.
Troop Leader Training is all about creating that Girl Scout magic - focusing on learning troop management skills, making meetings girl-led, traveling with girls, implementing traditions, making STEM easy and fun and more - all while connecting and growing your network!
Newer OCMT members can look forward to planning the upcoming year, including successful financial management, running successful community events, engaging with the wider community, conflict management and connecting with fellow OCMT members from across Europe (and maybe the world!)
In addition to the training, there will be time for networking and some fun, hands-on activities!
Note: This retreat is open to all troop leaders and OCMT members, but may be more useful to those who are new to the role or only have a year or two of experience.
*We encourage OCMTs to use community funds to help offset costs and support volunteer attendance at trainings and events.
