Girl Scouts is for the whole family! While the Girl Scout program is designed to put girls in the leading role of this adventure, every star needs their supporting cast to help them shine. Girl Scout Family and Friends support troop leaders, plan events, share their skills and so much more. Your active participation in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience will create lifelong memories for the Girl Scouts in your community and you!

RECRUITMENT
Before you make the decision to join the Girl Scouts Overseas family there are lots of opportunities for you to learn more about Girl Scouting. You can ask your local troop to sit in on a meeting and the USAGSO catalog of online programming is open to everyone!
REGISTRATION
All girls and active adults must be registered to participate in Girl Scout meetings and events. Girl Scout registration covers membership fees for USAGSO and Girl Scouts of the USA, as well as insurance. If you run into any challenges getting registered you can ask your troop leader for help or contact our customer care team at overseascustomercare@girlscouts.org.
MERCHANDISE
Once you are registered check out our Girl Scout World Shop to purchase swag for yourself or a girl member. Sport that trefoil with pride!

The Globe is USAGSO’s e-newsletter, it provides both volunteers and parents with updates and events from overseas, other Stateside councils, and GSUSA. If you are not getting The Globe, check your spam/junk mail box or message overseascustomercare@usagso.org.

TRAINING
Though you do not have a specific role, you can learn more about Girl Scouts, the overseas community, and the volunteer opportunities available to you, on gsLearn. Girl Scouts of the USA’s digital learning platform, gsLearn has training and informative vlogs to support participation at any level.
