The Extended Year (EY) membership is an option for new members and allows you to join at a prorated price of $42 for adults and $105 for girls**.
This price includes membership for the remainder of the membership year 2025 and all of the 2026 year (April 1, 2025-September 30, 2026). This option gives families a one-time opportunity to start Girl Scouts in the spring and then continue participation in the fall with a troop. The EY option is available from April 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025.

If you register with USAGSO and find out you are moving, we will be happy to transfer your membership to a stateside council or another overseas community.
*Current members will not be able to take advantage of EY, as their current membership already covers participation this summer.
