2025 Early Bird Patch Design Contest
Calling all artists, designers and illustrators: USAGSO is pleased to announce our 2025 Early Bird Patch Design Contest! The contest is a great way for USAGSO Girl Scouts to share their artistic talents with us and help design the Early Bird Patch we will use for the upcoming 2025-2026 Early Bird registration period this spring.
Any registered girl member of USAGSO may submit her design from January 8 - February 10, 2025. The winner will be announced on February 17. You can find the submission form here. (And you can use this helpful patch design form to create your submission!)
Find all the patch requirements below. We can't wait to see all your designs!
Design Requirements:
- Submission form must include: Girl name, Girl Scout grade level, troop number and Overseas Committee name.
- Patch design must be a circle.
- The design must include "Early Bird", "USAGSO" or "USA Girl Scouts Overseas" and "2025 - 2026". In celebration of our 100th anniversary year, we would also love for the patch design submissions to reflect that theme.
- Be creative! Have fun!
- The selected design may be slightly modified according to the requirements of the patch vendor and GSUSA guidelines.
