Ready, set, GO! USA Girl Scouts Overseas is thrilled to launch STEMinist Speedsters — a fast-paced, hands-on adventure into the world of cars, creativity, and clean energy!
In this three-hour in-person STEMinist event, you’ll dive into the
science of speed and the power of the sun. Discover how cars move (and
stop!), what makes them zoom faster and how energy powers the vehicles
of the future. You’ll get to:
🚗 Manufacture and race your
own balloon-powered car
🔧 Design and test a LEGO® race
car
☀️ Build and paint a take-home solar-powered car
Every participant will receive the STEMinist fun patch and automotive rocker, a snack, a make-and-take solar-powered car, and access to our virtual STEMinist series for the membership year—all for just $35.
