Blue Star Families Announces New Partnership with USA Girl Scouts Overseas

November 15, 2022

Today, Blue Star Families and USA Girl Scouts Overseas (USAGSO) announced a new partnership to help military families living outside of the Continental U.S. The partnership will focus on a collaborative effort to develop meaningful touchpoints between the two organizations that share a mission to support military children and offer them opportunities to thrive, no matter where the military takes them.

“We are excited to embark on this new partnership with USA Girl Scouts Overseas,” said Lindsay Knight, Executive Vice President for Social Impact at Blue Star Families. “Working with such a storied organization, we will be able to better help military families and children cope with the challenges of living abroad and ease their transition as they move back to the states.”

“We are extremely proud to partner with Blue Star Families to expand the global network of support available for military families," added Lane Wallace, Executive Director of USA Girl Scouts Overseas. "Through our combined effort, girls and their loved ones will be able to build lasting friendships, learn new skills, and create lifelong memories, from anywhere and at any stage of life."
