Whether you’re discovering the wildlife in your own backyard, swimming in a lake for the first time at summer camp or being a citizen scientist and observing bees in your neighborhood park, every outdoor adventure grows your “I’ve got this” attitude. After a 3-year hiatus, we are thrilled to welcome Girl Scouts Overseas back to camp from June 10-16, 2023! Please find important FAQs and corresponding answers about all things camp, below. We will update this page regularly, so please be sure to check back often for additional information, including registration, camp counselor applications, and more!
This summer, camp is open to Brownies (rising 2nd graders) through Ambassador Girl Scouts. Campers must be actively registered (MY23) members of USAGSO. Girl Scouts from Councils in the US and Girl Guides may register for an additional $100 out-of-council fee.
We will also need a handful of Program Partners to serve as Camp Counselors for the week. Camp Counselor applications will open in February.
Since 1932, WAGGGS’ first World Centre, Our Chalet, has welcomed Girl Guides and Girl Scouts from around the world to the Swiss Alps.
