Please register by March 20th.
Open to all registered adult volunteers and future volunteers including but not limited to Troop Leaders, Co-Leaders, Committee Members, and Troop Chaperones who are presently residing in South Korea.
This will fulfill your outdoor training requirement.
Saturday, April 1
Arrival and setup: 9-10am
Activities, Training and Meals throughout the day.
End of scheduled activites following Camp Fire around 9pm.
Sunday, April 2
Begin breakfast preparations around 7am.
Dismissal: No later than 2pm.
The cost of this training is $15.00 and will cover the cost of the trainers and all supplies, including tents and meals. (Note: there is a small payment processing fee.)
This training will cover:
- Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE)
- Outdoor Cooking (foils, buddy burner, Dutch oven, solar ovens, etc. )
- Outdoor Gear
- Outdoor Manners
- Knots, Knives, and Fires
- First Aid, Emergencies, & Safety Procedures
- Planning Your Campouts
